Responsibilities
- Sustain daily high-volume activity metrics that have proven success for the existing team.
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level. Execute the one call close process.
- Passionate about sales and growing a business as part of a tight-knit team.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, high energy, high-performance culture.
- Comfortable living outside of your comfort zone to build something great.
- Adhere to proven sales process and help leadership innovate for increase closing ratios.
- Convert inbound leads into customers at proven ratios.
- Call existing customers to upgrade them and reduce attrition.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong internal drive to succeed and willingness to do whatever it takes to win.
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales.
- Superior communication skills and ability to build fast relationships over the phone.
- Willingness and desire to be coached and constantly grow in your career.
- HS and/or equivalent.
Compensation
$12 plus uncapped commission
