OneSource Solutions is a concierge service company that helps new home buyers make all their home entertainment, satellite, security, and utility selections/connections in one call to the customer. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative that will enjoy what they do and love our company as much as we do. We give you the tools to succeed and in return, you will have the potential to earn unlimited commission on all you sell.
- 60+ Outbound calls each day
- Develop phone report with customer while providing the details on the home entertainment options and pricing
- Initiate customer follow-up on service upgrades and plan changes
- Documentation is critical - document all calls/activity/updates in the CRM
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be computer savvy using applications Microsoft Office, Windows PC
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Team-oriented and works well with others
- Adaptability, flexibility and stress tolerance
- Accountable, reliable and can sell
- Reliable transportation
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in outbound phone marketing and cold calling
Compensation and Work Schedule
- Hourly rate plus uncapped commission
- Full-time - Consistent work schedule (Monday-Friday)
