Responsibilities
- Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data
- Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of
- Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met
- Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
- Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued
- At least one year of experience as a sales representative
- Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
- Connect the leads provided to educate the customers on their options and help them select the best utility choices
- Communicate with existing and past customers to generate new leads
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Paid training and mentoring support
- You are motivated by results and commissions - our close rates are extremely high. Our average producers close approximately 8 deals each day

- You love talking on the phone - our top producers average 75 calls a day

- Computer skills and familiarity with a comparable CRM platform is a plus

Compensation
$13 - $14 per hour plus uncapped commission
