We are looking for a Account Manager to create new business partnerships that bring on new accounts. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage. Ultimately, you will contribute to building profitable, long-term relationships with new clients to drive our marketplace presence and add value.
Responsibilities
- Be a true GRINDER
- A must - make 80+ outbound calls each day
- Hunt for new business opportunities
- Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction
- Communicate value-added and product and details clearly
- Promote new products/services to existing customers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A drive to build a business and passion for what we do and champion our value-added service to a new client base
- Love for the phones - dial, talk, dial, talk - repeat
- Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Platforms
- Ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
- A high degree of professionalism
- Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
Compensation
$15 - $17 per hour plus UNCAPPED commission
